Good location to restaurants and convention center.

Our sheets had what looked like dried blood spots. No housekeeping after 10:00 pm so the front desk offered us to come down and get sheets to change our bed. I’m not paying to change my own sheets. Then they let us change rooms to handicap room on first floor which is what I requested on booking.com. in the first place.
