Love the ambiance and the decor

People were loud, you can hear people in hallways talking and walking. Children were loud running, screaming, and jumping around. I complained to the front desk but it went on well passed 11pm and I told her at 10:15pm. I didn't get any sleep. Eggs and potatoes were cold. The poor guy couldn't fill things fast enough. Coffee was out. No cups and no salt/ pepper.

Upgraded to a bigger room which was great for our family of five.

Came up for a soccer tournament, kids love These cause they get to swim and have fun with their friends. With the pool not being heated it was a huge disappointment

Was a bummer that the pool was not working and breakfast was a bit disappointing not a huge variety of food items

Non working pool

The "Mountain lodge" vibe. Spacious rooms. Nice Swimming pool and hot tub area. They gave us the possibility to book a meeting room for a few hours so that we could bring our food and have dinner with other friends staying at the hotel.

Breakfast offering is limited (but complimentary). Location is not great - not much around and proximity to the coal power plant - but just off the freeway and close to Granite Peak ski area though.
