Extended Stay America Suites - Santa Rosa - South

This Extended Stay and Staff by far exceeded my expectations. The staff is so kind, accommodating, helpful and friendly. . They staff is very friendly compared to other extended stays that I have been to from Sacramento to the Bay Area and around the Bay Area have been dirty this place is not They’re actually pretty clean and including their bedding, which doesn’t happen often. They have several doggie poop bag and trash can units which were never out of bags. I didn’t experience any loud or unruly guests so far. Not people hanging out outside. And there are a bunch of shopping and food options within a 7-10 min walk.

Except they have an issue with knocking on the door before 11 to ask if you’re staying. Which is ridiculous. They also had inspections and the People just tried to walk in without knocking. I was on a meeting for work and had stated that to the front desk before I got onto the call. The fan in the bathroom doesn’t work well at any of the extended stays I’ve been at. There’s no friggin ice machine. That part bugs me. There could be a picnic bench or two for the smoking and dog area. They could definitely use an over hang to be under when it is raining

the manager was exceptionaly helpful i did not have my id and he was very helpful and patient with us i have a baby and the breakfast was helpful not to mention the room was clean because my baby is one and still crawls so it felt good to know the room was clean. i would for sure stay here again
