Excellent place to relax and enjoy. Lots of amenities such as a beautiful pool and jacuzzi. They do nickel and dime you with parking which was over $50 a night and a cup of coffee was over $5. They did not supply any in the Lobby. The only other negative was my room was not ready at 4:00 and I had to wait. Otherwise it's a great place in a wonderful location.

"EXCESSIVE AND INSANE PAKING RATE AND FEES."

ADVISORY: If you must stay here, be advised that this hotel has the most expensive parking rate in the area at a stunning $52.00 a night. Intentional and a form of add-fees against its customer base, Sacramento is vast open area and parking rates are never that high elsewhere. It sits on a river. It has a third-party restaurant called Scott's Seafood which is quite good as well. The hotel can be a bit corporate so expect that approach. I like the property. I would never return though due to the excessive and unwarranted parking rate of $52.00 a day.

Remodel tastefully done but mandatory valet parking adds $104 currently to a 2 night stay. This hotel I have stayed at many times - it used to have self parking or valet. The wedding tent continues to be an eyesore that blocks 2/3 of the riverfront rooms that cost more. Ridiculous. Profit from events over patrons. This “temporary” huge event tent has been up for years. Used to be my favorite hotel in Sacramento with over 10 stays.

Very nice hotel, newly renovated with great surroundings and nice restaurant. Would be nice to have an option for self parking as indicated on the website, $52 for valet parking a night is very expensive!

I really enjoyed the quality of the building its decoration, and how clean it was. Loved the amenities and how comfortable the room was. I will definitely use this hotel again! One negative thing was the SPA area. It’s so small they don’t have availability.
