The place is beautiful and the location is great. Real comfortable.

There was a particular staff member that was very judgemental and a little rude had me sitting off to the side waiting for my room and the manager came and spoke to me and she handled everything so swiftly and said my room had been ready for an half an hour.

"We always prefer to stay at the Westin in Sacramento."

Great location, large and comfortable rooms.

Staff did not refill tissue box (it was almost empty on arrival) and took away the bathrobe after our first night. Also bathtub plumbing was very noisy.

Beautiful- lots of places to sit and enjoy the views inside and out. Love the attached restaurant. Great hospitality at hotel and restaurant.

I like the slipper tub but it does take up bathroom Real estate and make the shower awkwardly small. Minor- but if you want my opinion I’d prefer a larger shower.
