"Pathetic and sad"

I knew when booking this was an older property and I am ok with dated, however, this is ridiculous. 1. We had to push the fridge in place so we could open the closet that houses the washer and dryer. 2. The dishwasher was actually pulled out into the kitchen. We pushed it back in. Will it run and leak . . . We will see. 3. There is an ironing board but no iron. 4. Lightbulbs do not work and an lamp is actually broken 5. Minor but, there is no toilet paper roll. 6. The TV encroaches on a doorway. It is too big for the space I am here with my husband but if I were with additional family or friends I would be embarrassed at how bad the unit is maintained. I have yet to sleep or shower but my expectations are quite low.

"Average at best; and that’s kind."

I guess it’s fine for a group of golfers but I wouldn’t take my family here. Typical dirt you’d expect from the beach. But add in beds not made, mold, lipstick marks on glasses in the cupboard, used Kcup in the machine. Apparently if you stay in the South Tower you still have to check in and out, at the North Tower. Why even have a desk at the South then? Beyond stupid. Girl checked us in was also having 2 separate conversations; 1 in her earpiece and another w a fellow employee nearby the desk. No greeting/welcome. Threw a map at us. Great start.

"Wonderful Experience!"

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were able to purchase our room from an early week deal that was offered online. All of the staff were friendly. I just wished the hotel offered free breakfast for convenience, location and driving purposes. Will definitely book our next vacation here. Our room was extremely comfortable and spacious in the North Tower.

the facilities and the location are outstanding. Would be great if pools were heated earlier in the season to extend our ability to be in the water and enjoy the outdoors.

the unit was not good. run down. chipped counter and very, very bare cabinets to support making a meal. It's the least nice condo we have ever stayed in, and we have spent 15 years staying in condos at Royale Palms and most recently sea watch. We would not want to stay in this condo again.
