"Do not be fooled by SUITE"

We love the actual resort, its location is amazing and we love the whole package. We were fooled this time by SUITE, assuming it meant upgrade! No bedroom...the bed is in the wall - in order to open it we had to rearrange the living room furniture! The bed was so uncomfortable, I tried reaching out to booking.com multiple times with no response

"Maintenance Service"

Our unit's door was sticking, and Jerome arrived promptly to take apart the plate which had stripped screws. He professionally installed a new plate and made me lock the door as well as open it from the outside to insure I was comfortable with the adjustment. All the time he explained what he was doing. What great service! Kudos.
