Extended Stay America Suites - Somerset - Franklin

Wreaked of pot smoke inside the lobby. Wreaked of garbage smell throughout the whole building. Never, ever stay at this place. I would not put my dog in this place!!

It was nice. I appreciate them accepting pets.

No supplies in the kitchen and you do not get a real breakfast. It’s grab and go. Weak coffee no OJ and some packs of instant oatmeal and small bland packaged muffins. I would not call that including breakfast Room needs a lot of updating. Although clean, everything looks like it’s falling apart. No real blankets.

Our refrigerator And our air conditioner did not work it was a terrible experience

Very quiet property and you have to book reservations at check out times.

The heat was good the room was clean the staff was excellent the towels were wonderful the refrigerator and microwave were clean and so was the kitchen it was all together a nice day

There was nothing I didn't like

The room had roaches in it.

Kitchen is unique and make a lot of sense for long-term visitors. But the upkeep of the property i very poor. Bathroom is terrable with the drain and no cover
