Always a pleasure seeing crystal at the front desk. She always has a smile on her face and says hello to me by my name. She makes me feel special and not just a customer. Very pretty as well. Room and hotel CLEAN. I love this hotel, I keep visiting it from Florida

I liked that they had available parking and the property looked to be clean to my eyes.. The rooms were nice and spacious...full size refrigerator was a plus .. everything aside fromi the strong chemical cleaning smell that engulfed my room it was overall pretty nice stay. The gum equipment was not working the best tho

I booked 2 rooms and both rooms were dirty from the tub to the curtains. The couches have stains all over them and there were crumbs in the bed and an orange stain on the blankets and long black hair all over the bed 😷 and my room keys kept not working.

Very large rooms with comfortable bed. Even though the hotel is next to the highway the rooms are sound proofed and I didn’t hear any traffic noise. Very nice place and staff was great.

Let me first say, I hesitated about booking this hotel because of the reviews but I went with my own gut. I wanted to give this hotel a higher rating but I wasn’t ok with a few things. The best Thing was the room and the location. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location of the hotel is central to waterside and Portsmouth which was where our events were. Now the bad. First, I felt like some of the staff were very rude. You ask them for something and they act like it’s an inconvenience. Second, if breakfast is advertised to go until a certain time, then it should be available until that time. Breakfast was supposed to go until 10 and by 9:20, everything was empty and the staff did not want to help replenish the food. Apparently there is one person who works the breakfast Buffet and instead of the other staff members helping him, they stood around suggesting that we “stop complaining because he was working by himself”. Then the elevators are slow and one stopped working completely during checkout. (It’s only 6 floors). The last thing is the shower. While the water temp is great the shower head needed to be replaced.

Staff was very helpful and room is very comfortable.
