Lots of trash near the front door. We could not get a luggage dolly to haul our luggage with all of the dog's goods from the 4th floor to the lobby to check out after waiting for an hour to get one. the room itself was well appointed and comfortable. Overall a good stay

The free breakfast was horrible. Burned eggs, dried sausage and undercooked potatoes. On my second morning there breakfast was as the day before, however the juice was warm. Many thanks to housekeeping for the room cleaning.

Good breakfast, Great staff, Good location, Quiet hotel

When I arrived they sent me to a room someone was already staying that was filthy Their was no game room for my kids as advertised Hot tub was out of order entire stay No pool towels Sofa bed very uncomfortable felt live sleeping on a metal chain Dusty on top of fridge, Key cards seem to deactivate everyday had to return to front desk for new keys

"Worst experience I have ever had at an hotel."

Breakfast was okay on Saturday. What we were served on Sunday was less than satisfactory.

The room was too noisey. The fire alarm went off Sunday morning due to someone toasting their bread. The toaster should not be near the fire alarm. How dumb can you be?? I was getting dressed to leave and one of the housekeeping staff came in behind my husband and I was coming out of the bathroom in my underwear. She was trying to collect the sheets before we checked out. Like we were holding them up from washing the sheets. That was the third time someone had came to the door and we told the first person that we leaving at 11:00am. This was the worse experience I have ever had at an hotel I want a refund this was embarrassing to have someone walk in on you in your underwear and then ask if I wanted her to come back. What do you think What an airhead she was!!! I will never book for this hotel again. Never!!!
