Property was ok, all except for the lack of pre arrival additions to the room. 4 people yet only 3 towels, no additional blankets and the tissue box had 2 tissues in it ! Not to mention that someone was smoking marijuana on our floor ! The Odor about knocked you out!

Lack of care to preparation

Perfect location, not too noisy

I liked everything and so did my kids.

Husband didn't like the fact that the hot tub was not in service and would never be. He wanted the hot tub to work.

Convenient to everything. Clean and well cared for.

Bed was hard. Spoke with manager and she explained why.

I booked based on reviews but room was not as expected. Bathroom too small especially with the door closing inwards too uncomfortable and bathroom not spacious. Beds were a bit hard and blankets are too small and thin for two people are trying to cover one ends up with no blanket. The A/C didn’t cool down till after we fell asleep, maybe some fans would make the difference. I liked the idea of inside pool but as I went to check it out it looked dirty. As per the breakfast I loved it was included. Staff was nice and professional.

Just the bathroom not spacious and the water pressure in the shower. Kind a pricey as well.

It was in a convenient area and the staff was really nice

The elevator and other areas seem outdated and have a lot of damage. There was someone else’s hair in my shower and the room overall didn’t feel very clean.
