"Pretty Nice Hotel , it's not dirty just needs a deep cleaning. And an update to the showers."

Staff friendly, pool looked clean.

Bathtub needs to be converted to the walk in type, very steep stepping in for Seniors. Bottom of the tub way too slippery. We had to put a towel in the tub to shower safely. Housekeeper left lots of Hair in shower and on the floor. What I tasted of the breakfast was OK. Maybe more flavor, more variety with the type of eggs and type of meat. But all in all edible. To the Manager, 'if you were made aware', is what I'm seeing, and 2019 remodeled. Now to 2025 we're letting you know 😊.

Location

Staff was very rude and not helpful. The manager couldn’t even take the time to call me back in reference to the issues I had. I called several times and left messages. Very unprofessional at this property!

location only, fair size room

dirty, poorly maintained, staff not friendly. Your staff need to be trained on simple problem solving. Asked for a pair of scissors to cut off a tag, was told, sorry, don't have it. Period. Wouldn't even try to look for one. What kind of hotel has no scissors/simple cutters???
