"Room is good, Gym is not"

Comfortable bed and big clean room but gym is very small, had broken workout equipment and water fountain that shot water 3 feet away (no joke). Property is dated but room was overall quite decent except for broken book light by bed over nightstand on my side. We return to Tomball in 2 weeks to watch another cross country meet and will stay here again. It's best price for place with overall good reviews in the area. Had to leave very early so didn't get to try the breakfast.

"Property had convenient location, professional front desk staff and cleaned room."

The property is centrally located and easy to get in and out of. Also closed to restaurants and convenient stores.

Swimmimpool was not well maintained. The exercise room had several equipment but only treadmill was working. The fire alarm would go off daily super early in the morning (5:45AM).

the price and location

the building is older and smells as such, or guess it could be that the indoor pool is n level 1 with rooms above it
