"Not the best hotel experience. Would NOT recommend this hotel"

I wouldn't stay here again. We showed up with a confirmed reservation for a room with a king-size bed and were told all those rooms were already occupied; we were offered two queen-size beds instead. I requested an upgrade or price reduction but was told they couldn't do that. No apology or compensation offered. We were so tired - we stayed anyway. There was no soap in the bathroom. There was no phone in the room so there was no way to contact the front desk. The hallway carpet was filthy - many stains and hadn't been vacuumed. Luggage cart was falling apart. Morning coffee was sour - probably the worst I've ever tasted. I don't know how this hotel has so many good reviews. Wyndham needs to clean up this location.

Location

Let's face it, most hotels/motels are not known for fabulous free breakfasts ... but this was by far the worst. We didn't even attempt ot the 2nd morning. Beds are not comfortable. Bed bugs in one of the 2 rooms we booked. My son and my dad ended up with many bites on their arms and legs and we had to treat their clothes and bags immediately after returning home.
