La Quinta by Wyndham Savannah Airport - Pooler

The room was modern and clean but the TV was missing from the sitting area (they told us it was on order). We had the other tv but it was a big space in the wall the was empty which was kind of weird.

I chose this hotel specifically for the pool and when we arrived were told it was closed and unavailable for use even thought it was 80 degrees outside. I understand that this could be a seasonal amenity but with the weather and the location, would think that the pool would be usable at this point in the year. Very disappointed in that as was a fellow traveler who had the same expectation. Also, I thought it was a little strange (and the first time ever) the front desk could not start the check in for anyone waiting in the lobby until 3 pm. The rooms were obviously ready and it was really not cool to just sit there while more and more people arrived to not be starting the checkin when it was 2:56 PM????

The hotel was clean

That they gave me a room with somebody already staying in it. And that was kinda scary. And the breakfast was mediocre.

The hotel is very conveniently located close to 1-95, which makes it an excellent stop when traveling long distances. It's easy to access and perfect for a quick overnight stay. The property itself was clean, and the rooms were generally well maintained and comfortable.

The breakfast was very limited compared to other La Quinta locations we've stayed at. Also, even though I clearly indicated that we were traveling as a family of three with a child, there was no bedding prepared for the sofa bed. This happened more than once, and each time I had to go to the front desk to request sheets and extra towels, which was inconvenient.

Room placement, noise control of stairwell door in relation to room & ice machine. Room 222 was too noisy due to no elevator

It was quiet but yet right where we needed to be! Location was perfect for us!

Nothing was wrong that we had to deal with. I have nothing bad to say.

convenient location

lobby has music playing all night. never seen or heard this before. are room was next to the lobby. i slept almost 4hours, then at 4:30 am i ask the lobby attendant to turn down the music. she said it wasn't from them, as the music slowly decreased volume. 15 minutes later music volume back up. At 6:30 talked to the first shift attendant who said yes its there music but corporate mandated it and there is nothing they can do. Both contradict reach other. Never again will i stay at a hotel. from now on its BnBs or Airbnb
