"Nice, but no breakfast"

Clean rooms, comfortable beds

At the time of booking, breakfast was clearly advertised as included with the stay. However, upon check-in, there was a notice from management stating that breakfast was no longer included. This was very disappointing, as I specifically chose this hotel because breakfast was part of the booking package. I would also have appreciated being informed before arrival that this amenity had been removed. Had I known in advance, I would likely have selected a different hotel. Additionally, according to the notice provided at check-in, no discount or compensation was offered despite the advertised breakfast no longer being available. Overall, this felt misleading and negatively affected my experience.
