"Do not stay here."

This hotel was clean but not comfortable and the staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I was put in a room next to a staircase with a door and for some reason the door was slamming all night. I had to contact expedia at 4am to try and get out of this hotel asap. While on the phone with them the door slammed over 8 times. The woman at the front desk was very rude and did not want to help. She would not give me the number or information for anyone to help me besides her and she said that if I wanted to talk to the manager I could call Monday. This wouldn't work considering I needed this resolved during my stay that weekend. I had to pack up all our belongings and move to another hotel. Do not stay here. It was a terrible experience and if something does happen to go wrong, the staff are really rude and unprofessional. Also the breakfast did not look good at all. This should be rated a 2 star hotel max.

"It was a nice comfortable stay."

The location. The facility was clean. Staff was friendly.

The pool was not heated as advertised. It would be nice to extend the breakfast hours to 9:30am or 10am. My 4 yo granddaughter slept til 8:40am the 4 days we were there. So was unable to get down there in a timely manner.
