Big and clean room, comfortable bed Some small maintenance around property needed The biggest disappointment it’s the beach ( so much rubbish )

Frangipani remains a relaxing choice on Langkawi. A little tired in places but still green and spacious with direct access to a long patch of quiet beach. Good breakfast 50 rm . Immediate locality is disappointing several sites along road derelict post COVID and fewer local eateries but hotel itself remains well run

It is conveniently located 5 mins walk from car rental company. There is a mini mart & some eateries nearby. Cenang mall area is 5 mins drive away. Private beach, so it is not crowded. It is a bit dated, may be good to do some renovation.

This is not a good resort, especially if you have kids. I am compelled to give this review as the staff was highly RACIST!! Few things to highlight: 1. I requested a king-sized bed two months in advance during my booking. I mentioned that I have a 3years old kid, but they gave me two separate beds; My little one was compelled to sleep in between the joining beds. When I asked them that I requested this, they said that the king size was subject to availability. We booked two months in advance with a special note, wondering what is subject to availability. 2. When my wife requested the chef to cook baby food in the kitchen, the guy said he was busy. My wife literally cried because of this! 3. The housekeeping staff is sleeping. They will clean only the visible area in the room, not even moving a suitcase or, for that matter, a slipper. They will also not arrange the bedding. I was doing that myself every day. 4. When you go to the restaurant, the waiter will avoid eye contact, showing they are busy. So you have to go to them and REQUEST them to take the food order. Then they will come after 15 mins with Menu. A simple lunch took our precious 2.5 hours of vacation time! 5. You ask for a sugar sachet or anything to be delivered to the room, which will take 1 hour. Literally, everyone is sleeping here. They are friendly towards WESTERN tourists and biased towards Asians, especially India and surrounding countries. I strongly advise any Indian family to don't book a room h

They have mentioned spa in the room are not working condition. Water flow in the property was less. I was compliant in the reception. There was no prior action. My overall review disappoint

I liked that the property was eco friendly, and it's right on a beautiful beach. Can't be beaten. The amenities were somewhat lacking, no beach towels. The pool bar isn't open til noon, no coffee , no soft drinks. There were problem with my room and my daughter's room. The worse was that my daughter's room had an odor that they couldn't get rid of.

Our 2nd time staying there. Accomodation, service, food was as good as ever. Resort was lovely as it was quiet and private. Some suggestions for improvement A) resort to provide electrical mosquito repellent as using insecticide spray (provided) or mosquito coil (self bought) will give the room a smell Resort can even issue to guests when checking in and guests need to return when checking out to prevent unneccessary lost as it can be costly B) more variety on the menu including breakfast buffet. Food was delicious but limited choices/range C) better in house entertainment especially for rainy days as guests may not be able to go out. Eg more tv channels or better quality of tv reception. This will serve families better Really enjoyed our returning stay and would love to visit again. Have even recommended the resort to friends. Worried that such a unique and lovely resort will lose out if no improvements made bearing in mind the neighboring developments

Spacious rooms, two beautiful outdoor pools (saltwater and chlorinated water), spectacular private beach scenery and well kept gardens makes this hotel a relaxing getaway. I would come back.

Very nice eco resort located at a beautiful sandy beach. We had one of the largest rooms which had two large double beds for the four of us. Great for families. Only disappointment was the limited choice for breakfast. Would be great with some Nutella , pastries and more choice of fruit than water melon. Also the lunch or dinner menu is quite limited. But then again you have many options a short ride from the hotel.
