The staff were super helpful and friendly to accommodate all our needs at all hours of the day with prompt response.

The bathroom is outside and was open to all types of wildlife - frogs, lizards, geckos, spiders etc.

Hotel arranged airport pick-up. Enjoyed a free 15 minute shoulder massage at check-in. Breakfast is ordered one day in advance and served in the villa. Housekeeping will spray the property and gardens with smoke at around 11am to kill mosquitos. Can swim in the private pool without being bitten :-) Air-conditioning had a problem, so they installed a new aircon the next day. 5 minutes walk to the beach.

Breakfast wasn't the best. Decided to eat breakfast outside on the second day. Wanted to surf at the beach but too much pollution. Brown foam on the sea. Lots of plastic waste washed-up on the beach. Hotel is located on a side street with no shops or restaurants. No street light at night. Street is busy with motorbikes. Did not enjoy walking down the side street. 20 minutes walk to downtown with restaurants and shops.

Air - con not cold, the pool sliding door is not there to avoid mosquito.

Property was well priced and provided my family all the amenities required. I also found the location was very centrally located to bars/shops/beach.

Unfortunately, we did lose water a number of times, all which were action promptly. The only other issue was in the main bedroom it was an open space to outside which was beautiful, however this meant next door lights were kept on all night making it daylight for a majority of the night.
