Decent location

Very dated. Needs maintenance on every front. Old furniture, dirty bathrooms, too many bugs, lizards and insects. Sheets and towels not clean. Very inconvenient stay.

Service was excellent. Very helpful and courteous. Definitely will stay again

The fit outs were a bit squeaky and a little aged, but nothing to really complain.

Breakfast was good and pool was nice.

Water kept cutting out and had to keep calling maintanice. Aircon in the bedroom was the same. WiFi was very average at best.

Very dated property, needs severe upgrade and maintenance. Cleaning very poor. Rooms and bathrooms are full of bugs and cobwebs. Sheets and towels are smelly. No mirrors in bedroom, only bathroom. Phone only in common area so very inconvenient to keep going out to make calls. Bathroom open air, very dirty and full of bugs and lizards.

Location is perfect. We love it that it is only 5 minutes walk from the beach and many many famous beachfront restaurants, such as Sunset Beach Club, La Plancha and Gado-gado so we don't need to grab any taxis to go the the beach. 5 minutes walk from the street shops from the other direction. Staff are lovely and helpful when we have trouble with the property.

Property is really old, needs a lot of maintenance. AC was making a lot of noise at the end of our stay. Water stop working one morning. Lots of mosquitoes although they do burn coils each afternoon. They do attend to them straight away.

The villa was absolutely incredible — so spacious with two beautiful bedrooms, a comfortable living area, and our own private pool. The whole place felt like a beautiful tropical oasis. The staff were unbelievably friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast delivered to our villa each morning was amazing. Truly a perfect and relaxing getaway!
