Das Frühstück war okay. Einziges Hotel auf unserer Reise mit richtigem Besteck. Der Kaffee kam leider wieder in Pappbechern.

Der Indoorpool war nicht benutzbar, da eine Gruppe von Kindern darin rücksichtslos tobte. Die Geräuschkulisse in diesem Raum ist schrecklich. An frühen Schlaf war kaum zu denken, da im Zimmer über uns bis weit nach Mitternacht Kinder rannten und sprangen. Das Haus Woodland hat eine unangenehme Akustik. Im Zimmer war kein Föhn. Ich musste den Weg bis zum Hauptgebäude und Frühstück mit nassen Haaren gehen. Es gibt keine Mikrowelle. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht gewesen von diesem Aufenthalt und würde dort nicht noch einmal übernachten.

This was our 2nd time staying here and it was great! The room was clean and cool. Great restaurants and shopping nearby was an added bonus!

You booked a premium accessible room with a lake view for your husband’s 50th high school reunion, requesting a shower chair due to his leg amputation. While the hotel grounds, staff, and service were excellent, you were disappointed because the room you received wasn’t the one you booked. The hotel claimed your reservation through Hotels.com didn’t match the premium room you expected. The manager offered to move you, but it was too difficult given your husband’s disability and your own, so you stayed. You appreciated the breakfast voucher but felt let down that you didn’t get the room you had reserved. I feel like maybe they could give us discount or a credit.
