I don’t often take the time to share feedback about hotel stays, but my experience at the Crowne Plaza in Peachtree, Atlanta, GA, has truly been one of the warmest and most memorable of my life. I’d like to take a moment to sincerely commend your entire team for their hospitality, kindness, and genuine care. In particular, Miss Nikki went above and beyond to make me feel at home while visiting from abroad. She made a thoughtful effort to ensure there were meal options that met my dietary needs and did so with incredible warmth and sincerity. I’m deeply impressed and grateful—thank you for such an outstanding experience.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at! The bad reviews on here are crazy and I’m so glad I didn’t see them first and decide on a different hotel. The reviews on other sites are all positive so I was shocked to see anything negative! We only stayed 2 days, went for the NASCAR race in Atlanta and stayed here on June 28, 2025. The staff are all AMAZING! They were super personable, friendly, and eager to help! I didn’t meet a single person that wasn’t friendly! The location is beautiful, nestled in the woods..it reminded me of a summer camp type setting.. super nostalgic yet modern at the same time. It is kinda like a maze, I’ll agree with the other reviewer on that.. but it’s not so confusing that you can’t find the lobby, especially if you go by the signs. We checked in around midnight bc of the race and I had to find my way around..in the dark, by myself, but I made it! The rooms were perfect, bathrooms were nice! It’s huge and each building and floor have their own lounges with TVs, pool tables, and foosball tables! The pool was awesome, it even had a deep end of 8ft. But our favorite part, by far, was the BREAKFAST! We read reviews about how good it was and it definitely lived up to its reputation! I would suggest spending the few extra dollars for everyone to enjoy the breakfast bc it’s worth it! They have everything you could want on their buffet but they can also make you French toast, omelets, chocolate chip pancakes and waffles.. it’s so good! This place is a hidden gem and I can’t wait to go back next time I’m in the area!
