Extended Stay America Suites - Albuquerque - Rio Rancho

Attitude of front desk clerk when I arrived. I got there about 2:45 and asked to check in and she said in a very rude manner you will have to come back in 15 min. I then asked if there was a restroom I could use and she said there is but its only for employees. I left and went down the street to use a restroom at a local gas station and returned in 15 min to check in at that time I saw the clerk leave end of shift I guess. The New clerk on duty was very nice and helpfull but the first interactions with the other clerk had already left a bad impression in me.

The carpets really need cleaned and rooms updated but overall it was a great value for the price.

Bad Breakfast! Breakfast from 6-9am came down at 6:30 everything was gone no coffee no breakfast items hotel would not restock hotel was out of items. Desk Cleark did not seem to care.

Did not feel safe in the area

Down to earth and professional staff ! Nice people and nice residents ! Love it here !

The fact that hospitality is always on point. I liked how the process to check in was quick and easy. The only thing i didnt like was the fact that my bed couldnt be remade or i would charged a housekeeping fee.

Great place. Bed was a bit hard for me. But all in all great stay.
