Extended Stay America Suites - Amarillo - West

I was denied check-in, saying there were no available rooms. Even though the hotel confirmed my reservation.

Staff member discriminated us btw we looked he was very hurtful

Our heater did not work. The young man that works nights, went out of his way to get us in another room with working heat.

Property seems a little dated. Needs an uplift.

Nothing because I drove 7 hours to my booked stay and they had no rooms available and because I booked though booking.com I received no refund so they kept my money and I’ve called and messaged multiple times both parties and have received nothing
