They did give us a refund due to the elevator not working.

We did not find out that the elevator was out of order until we were checking in. The room they were going to put us in was up on the 3d floor. We were traveling with a senior citizen that has lung cancer.

"Besides the issues the value is good and location is good."

Location to my venue was good. Clean grounds.

I booked a king and got a queen, the elevator didn’t work so I didn’t say anything about the bed due to having to change rooms. The paint was peeling in bathroom. Bed was very hard.

Location

The staff especially the young man that works in the evening is extremely rude. Not professional at all. The elevator has not worked in several months. I reserve a room called 20 minutes before I got there to make sure that we had a downstairs room was told they are holding it for us. We got there and no more rooms available. Not very professional at all. I really do not understand how they are able to run a business like this
