Extended Stay America Suites - Amarillo - West

I left a day early due to no air conditioning no remote for the TV the elevator did not work and alot of other things

I liked the quick and efficient service from personal.

Was very unprofessional

There's not enough room to express how awful my experience was at the front desk. The elevator is out & the staff was extremely rude. When I asked for the corporate number they threatened to call the police and cancelled my room. One staff member even ran after my car as we were peacefully leaving property. Crazy!!!!!

Elevator wasn't working. Office chair looked like someone spilled milk all over it at some point, stove was dirty

the room was a pretty good size and the price was good . the location was good it was close to restaurants and shopping center the staff is friendly

the room was a pretty good size and the price was good except for the beds were hard and pillows were hard as well none of the lamps were working so we had to use the kitchen light the burner did not work

I did not like anything about the hotel
