"Never again , would not book with this location again"

Front desk lady has a major attitude issue and very snappy . People above us kept making so much noise it kept us awake , slamming doors from other guests totally unacceptable. Front desk was not available when you need them

"It was a nightmare, very disrespectful people, and not a good enough staff help"

Everything no good customer service no good cleaning is no good food. The workers are very rude not patient and treat you like you don’t belong.

The price & decor...nothing else at all; I had to change Roims, after being unpacked due to malfunctioning outlets, rub & wer bars Sinks did leak on & off I changed rooms before the Front 🔐 Closed. Lady who I tried Calling came upstairs & literally "YELLED" AT ME TO QUIT TRYING TO GET IN TOUCH WITH HER, SHE SAID SHE WAS BUSY. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. NEVER AGAIN.

The Staff, especially at the Front Desk & the long haired woman with Tats on her face 😔 extremely RUDE. NOT A GOOD WEEKEND.
