The way the staff has welcomed me and they all have been so helpful and understanding, sometimes life has it's bad times,hard times and the staff here have gone the extra mile numerous times and the patience they have with me has been such a welcoming and compassionate attitude the day shift mon thru Friday are such wonderful people I can say I've gain me a few good friends,good staff clean room its hospitaly at its finest,I recommend them thru and thru!!!!

Nothing I loved it all

Rooms were spacious

Bed was horribly uncomfortable

The bed was on the firmer side, and clean

Broken door handles on the stair exits elevator floor was pretty beat up as mostly just extended wear and tear and stuff like cabinets dressers. Bathroom didn’t have any soap or conditioner.

Location was ideal for my needs

I had no issues

When I checked in and got to my room the stove was on and my room small so bad too.

The room was clean but the elevator was very dirty. The Staff were very nice and accommodating. There was remodeling going on so can understand some dirt but seemed really dirty

Bed, fridge, Microwave

ESA used to provide cutlery and cooking utensils for free but now if you want them you must buy them.

The room had a septic smell The front desk clerk was friendly and prompt
