Servizio spiaggia ottimo a due passi dalla struttura. Colazione buona anche se avrei aggiunto qualche prodotto in più, tipico della zona.

Mancanza di una macchinetta del caffè nella zona comune a disposizione degli ospiti.

There is no free parking as claimed. The room is very noisy unless you decide to close all windows and turn on the AC. The room has no storage, not even a luggage rack. Our room was on the first floor and I had to drag my luggage on the stairs. Definitely does not deserve what we paid for it!

The location was really fantastic, only a block from the beach and maybe a 5-10 minute walk from the main area of restaurants and a gourmet grocery store. There's also a really beautiful and scenic nature reserve park with high cliffs along the sea only 15-20 minutes away by foot. Our morning and afternoon walks/runs in the park were one of the highlights of our stay in Mondello. For roughly 3 euros a person, Palermo was about a 45-min bus ride away, so perfect for a day trip. The hotel staff were extremely helpful, kind, and responsive. When we had a small problem the morning after arrival, they resolved it within 10 minutes. The room itself was a normal size in the interior, but we really appreciated having the only room in the hotel with a spacious balcony that had a bit of a sea view. The pictures of the room on Booking.com matched what we saw on arrival. The bed was comfortable, and we slept pretty well. The garden out back was very cute and quiet, and we spent some time there relaxing in the sun while having breakfast or a glass of wine. The building was easily accessible on arrival and the breakfast service was great. Overall, we were really happy with the hotel and would definitely consider going there again for a relaxing vacation!

There is a road with light to moderate traffic not far from the hotel's front, but as it got closer to the Easter holiday weekend, noise from the growing traffic of holiday goers (likely from Palermo) increased. There's also no window screen in the room, so its easy for mosquitos to get in at night if you want to leave the windows open for fresh air, but that's an issue almost everywhere in Italy and there aren't so many mosquitos in April. There wasn't a lot of storage space in the room, but for a stay of just a few days this was fine. We were very happy that the room had a large safe for valuables, but it really should be bolted down to something to prevent it being easily removed from the room.

Breakfast was not that great . I was offered to upgrade for sea view room which I took to find out that it only see the sea from the corner of the balcony and was certainly not worth the extra.charge.

Great location. Great room. Lovely products in the bathroom. Ample hot water. Kettle and mini bar. Very helpful staff and good communication. Good heating in main room and bathroom.

Breakfast options limited. Strong smell of cigarettes as we were having breakfast which was unpleasant. Bathroom sink did not flow away easily. Shower tray at risk of overflowing.

Villa was very cute.Pretty garden area with hot tub and tropical plants,including a banana tree.Eating breakfast there is lovely.We had a room with terrace. The location is perfect,a minute from from beautiful beach,restaurants, and 3minutes to the bus to Palermo. The staff are fantastic,so friendly,professional and helpful.
