Good location for us.

First room we were put in smelt like sewage. We then asked to be moved and were put in a room that wasn’t clean or what we had paid for. The final room we moved to was adequate, but by this point we had been up and down to reception so many times and the service was incredibly slow.

The room was always cleaned the bed was comfortable and Patricia was a great cleaner

It was hard to get in after 10

The staff were very helpful before our stay and during it. The breakfast was great

There was nothing at breakfast for allergies especially milk, could only offer oat milk as an alternative however celiac’s can’t have oats so needed soya milk so couldn’t even have a hot drink

Stayed here many times, good location as base for exploring London

Checked out ok, then 30 minutes whilst driving up the A1 north get a message from hotel saying I owe them £105 (no details) and charge attempt on my card failed. A series of exchanges involving proof of full payment for room, breakfast & parking finally prompted a curt acknowledgment from the hotel that everything was ok, whereas I would have expected a heartfelt apology would have been more appropriate.

L'hôtel est très bien situé, propre et le personnel est très agréable. Le seul inconvénient est que si vous séjournez au dernier étage, vous pouvez entendre un peu de bruit provenant de la salle technique, à cause des machines situées au-dessus de dernier étage.
