ibis London Elstree Borehamwood

I loved this hotel from the moment I walked in. Very nice welcome, spotlessly clean room, great bar with good drinks and food menu. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. Definitely would recommend for my colleagues and friends to choose this hotel.

Parkeerplaats was goed

Inchecken kon eerst niet we moesten een uur wachten of £5 betalen terwijl de kamer klaar was. Toen wij na een uur terug kwamen hadden wij een andere receptioniste en die snapte niet dat de medewerker voor haar dit had gezegd. Ontbijt was heel erg simpel geen variatie zeker niet Ibis waardig, wij zijn in meerdere geweest. De vruchtensappen in kannetjes geen automaat dus ook niet gekoeld.

I've stayed here numerous times before and so knew what to expect. It was nice to be back again after quite a few years.

That I didn't get to stay longer, and that the little souvenir I brought was a little dear but worth it which is what matters. I was hoping to pop to The Venue leisure centre next door to the hotel, but due to being a little under the weather I wasn't able to.

I don’t think there is anything to like

Multiple issues with the cleanness of the room. Dirty floor bed sheets, walls. It stank of smoke and mustiness - Even though there are plenty of no smoking signs

The staff are the best, whether it be the day or night shift staff 👌🏻you need to bonus these lot. Even the cleaners are lovely people. So pay rise for everyone
