No one on duty after 6:00 PM. Very confusing & difficult to check-in. No place to eat breakfast close by. Rooms are great however.

This is not partial ocean view, its right off the street and is a 10 min. walk to the beach.Your view in the room will be tree's and the house directly 10 feet in front of your balcony. When we told the receptionist she acted confused that we could not see the ocean from our room and carried on with our resort fee payment even with it being winter and everything was closed. She even said she wanted to waive it but management would not allow her to. I would stay elsewhere based on the fact they are deceiving of property of details. They also gave us the wrong code and we got locked out of our room. To many amazing choices around the area to stay right off the road with lack of attention to details. Grab a slice of the best Pizza on A30 at Bruno's the place next door and keep driving.

Booked this stay when my boyfriends place was book down the road, it succeeded in every way, the pools were amazing the food and the service by tommy at the beach club was outstanding, we will be back soon!!

Everything was great until check out when I discovered how many added fees they were. why not just tell the people how much it's gonna cost on the front and bottom line . When you try to hide things it only makes people angry I will never rent from Expedia again .

WaterSound 1 bedroom condo in the gatehouse (directly above the gate leading to the homes closer to the beach. Well kept property and really neat layout of the condo. Fitness center was nice though 24 hour access would have made it better. No charging station for electric vehicle. Otherwise, great, quiet location with nicely done lodging.

Beautiful accommodations! Gorgeous grounds! Needed a little deep cleaning, but I am very picky. Close to beach and neighborhood pools. Watersound may be my new favorite area, less busy than Watercolor and Seaside, yet just as beautiful. Charles at the restaurant makes the very best mojito you will ever have!

ACCOMMODATIONS WERE DESIRABLE, WOULD HAVE PREFERRED BEACHFRONT PROPERTY, HOWEVER. CHOSE THIS BECAUSE HUBBY AND I ONLY NEEDED A 1-BDRM WHICH IS A LITTLE DIFFICULT TO FIND. PRICING A LITTLE STEEP AT THE BEACH CLUB.

Basically this property is a vacation home community where they offer several condos for rent. We stayed here with our two toddler kids. The rooms are very nice. Well kept, open, clean, modern and equipped with all the amentities a family on vacation would need. (Washer /dryer is very nice after beach)..we were very pleased with room, perfect for us! The best part about this property is the beach club house. We loved the amentities and very nice staff. The beautiful pool area connects to fantastic beach through a nice boardwalk. Very well organized with pool and beach staff helping. They alos held little pool side BBQ cookouts that were fun. The pool was never to crowded. I have nothing bad to say at all, maybe only negative is that property is a little isolated and located 5-15 minute driving distance from Seaside restaurants and do'nt expect the "resort/hotel" warm fuzzy hospitality charm, as this is not that kind of place. We would definitely come back.
