The Cape Cod styling of the rooms. Very coastal feel.

Great trip to 30A. We had several great dinners and enjoyed some beach time at the Watersound Beach Club. Highly recommend FOOW at Watercolor, Cafe Thirty-A and Surfing Deer.

Loved the property and exceptional customer service. The Beach Club is phenomenal. No sheets for pullout. No extra pillows. Light bulbs Burt out. Shower head too loose kept moving. Door to patio wouldn’t lock.

We had a confirmed reservation at Watersound Inn in Santa Rosa, FL. Two days before our reservation the property manager informed us that the room was not available for the length of our stay. She worked overnight and found us another hotel in a different location. Not impressed with VRBO customer service as their only remedy was to "call the property manager." My rating for VRBO service is zero stars. The Watersound Inn manager Angela was outstanding.

Comfort, quiet and all you need for a beach trip!....

This property is adjacent to a fantastic neighborhood right on the beach. It is situated at the entrance, which will probably seem strange. However, as a guest, you get access to all of amenities, and THAT is the key reason to stay here. Incredible towns around, white sand dunes and amazing sunsets!

The front desk receptionist was friendly and welcoming when we arrived and answered any questions we had. The room was very clean and had all the necessities for cooking, bath, etc. The beach club access was amazing, and included a beach setup, access to the beach which includes a dune lake that overflows into the ocean, and 2 zero entry pools, one of which has a lazy river. We weren’t able to eat at their restaurant, but look forward to trying it next time. Would definitely recommend, plan to return!

The Gatehouse rooms are amazing. it is like have your own private apartment with maid service. Resort pools and health club are superb.
