"Would choose this hotel again for comfort and location"

Spacious room, comfortable bed, bright natural light. Appreciated quick help getting on wifi and getting tv to work.

Would have appreciated a discount for the room being near the elevator. Noise was noticeable, didn’t keep me awake but did disturb somewhat. Front desk staff not quick to get off her chair and help with coffee. Was never told. Was breakfast included?

"Will not be coming back because of water flow in the shower"

- The room was spatious and clean - Temperature adjustment works adequately and fast - The beds are comfortable - The breakfast is fine but too repetitive

- The desk staff looks unwelcoming during check-in, no explanation on anything - The water flow in shower is so slow; the water goes up your feet when you take a shower, which is pretty a turn-off - The lighting is so dark in the room even when all the lights are turned on
