Always perfect

Too much relaxing moment ;P

Location, clean, comfortable, safe.

Conferences going on while there which meant crowded parking, more noise than usual.

Room was very nicd although I was told I would get a walk in shower with out paying more but did not get one, breakfast was good but very expensive

I was not able to get a walk in shower that I asked for without an increase in cost. The restaurant was very nice but expensive and no seniors rates

Nice and close to the Ottawa airport, which made it convenient for me to stay overnight after a very late flight.

The property was under a great deal of construction on the main floor. My room was on the main floor, and I found it quite noisy in the morning when the construction started. I realize this is probably a temporary thing, but the staff could probably have put me on a different floor where it would've been quieter., the staff on check-in weren't particularly friendly, although not unfriendly, but seemed rather disinterested. And acknowledgement and an apology about all of the construction should've been stated.
