"No comfort!"

Terrible beds. Fake curtains that don’t close so street lights keep you awake all night. Horrible experience.

"Technical Issues"

I got a call at 3pm and I hadn’t even left from my home yet, wondering about my check-in and if I got to my room. Thought nothing of it at the time until when we got to the hotel we couldn’t get in our room. The great desk attendant came up, opened the door and SURPRISE! It’s bc someone was already in there! Turns out they have been having system issues ALL DAY and having to change people’s rooms but they couldn’t mark it in the system. Tip 1 for hotel, FIND A WAY TO MAKE NOTE OF THESE CHANGES!!! Tip 2 for hotel, PASS THAT INFORMATION ON TO THE NEXT EMPLOYEE!!! The desk clerk that was there at check-in was awesome and seemed to take it all in stride. Surprised the manager wasn’t more aware that this issue was ongoing. He did go upstairs to find out who was in “our” room since it wasn’t in the system that anybody else was to be there and they were sold out for the night.

I had stayed at Comfort Inn a few years back and definitely felt it was a good choice. A lot of dining, shopping options. This year I was a bit disappointed due to smoking in the building, especially pot smell lingering in the hallways. Also the door key needed to be reactived 3 times on the three day visit. When asked to activate during the evening shift, the worker had a bit of an attitude as if I was inconveniencing her to correct the problem. Overall the hotel did serve its purpose, but if these two items were addressed correctly, I would have rated the stay on a higher scale.
