Good location in Hope Island. Room was large

It was close to everything

The aircon remote for both rooms was missing so we couldn’t put the heating on the bedrooms. The bedding wasn’t very clean & the towels had hair. Overall the apartment could’ve been cleaner.

Clean and spacious, perfect for our stay playing a golf tournament at sanctuary cove.

2 sizeable bedrooms and clean.

Room was nice size with a lovely balcony area. Kitchen was decent size as was the laundry. The room was well equipped with the necessary essentials. Pool area was neat and clean and looked very inviting.

No batteries were in the remote controls for the televisions. The shower head was broken and we needed to prop it up to be able to use it The bed was 2 single mattresses joined together, which is uncomfortable when moving into the middle of the bed. The mattress was some type of material that resembled memory foam pillows and was not very comfortable. On our final day we were woken by a large pump out truck commencing work at 7a.m. whilst this is the allowable time to start it was extremely unpleasant listening to it for well over 4 hours! It sounded like someone chainsawing concrete!

The beds were clean, kitchen had everything you need. Receptionist nice but not there for long.

We checked in just before 4pm then went up to room noticed we would need extra towels as we shower at night and in the morning and when we grabbed the spare blanket it had dust all over it, tried to ring reception from motel room about 4.20 pm, no answer then I msgd phone, no answer. We went down to reception, it was closed could not get a hold of anyone. We decided since there is a washer and dryer to use that to wash the towels and dry them after our night showers for the morning, dryer didnt work only a little bit if one towel was in it. The master bedroom sink fills up and drains very slowly so when washing face or brushing teeth everything sits in the sink. The photos show a view over looking the pool, this is not the view on the deck, it was the back of everyone's apartments.
