No response after I sent a bond confirmation & my licence. The after hours person was pleasant. Security approached me for a complaint that I was in the wrong park, but I’d simply used it to do a 3 point turn. Bond was in fine print down the bottom while other (less expensive) options were transparent/easily visible. This held up my stay as I had to borrow $ The curtains were torn & I wasn’t sure I received the Deluxe option I’d selected. No information was provided on how to access the pool or gymnasium (I’d planned to use until organising the bond (had to visit a bank as my pay day was the next day) had me held up in peak traffic.

Wasn’t clean, wasn’t much facilities, lots of construction

The apartment was a nice size and happy to see coffee sugar and tea provided but not near any food outlets at all and without a car it was difficult to get to any cafe.

I wish there had been a large map of the complex perhaps on the reception desk when no one is there - I came in late and the small map emailed to my phone was extremely hard to follow - I was so grateful when someone came thru reception to show me how to get to the next building. I had had along day and was tired so this was really frustrating trying to work out where to go after hours. It was a cold evening and the unit in the lounge would not turn to heat or even stay on and as there was no A/C remote in the lounge I used the bedroom remote which should have worked. But I was cold and with no TV in the bedroom where it was toasty warm made for a long night.

The unit was large and light-filled. Easy to get from basement parking to the unit. Good location for us and our planned activities.

Unit is ageing/dated. One shower leaked quite significantly.

Great spot in a location that suited our needs. Everything was neat and tidy. Reception staff at check in was lovely. Very helpful and allowed us to collect keys early.

The pillows. Perhaps a bit of Goldilocks syndrome here but the pillows were either too solid or like a pancake.
