Samantha at the front desk is a gem!…we began communicating via marriott app/messaging a couple days before and she was so helpful in making our two nite stay perfect!…she made sure we had connecting rooms on the first floor to meet the needs of our family… we felt safe and slept well…hotel was packed but our sleep was uninterrupted and surprisingly, there were still breakfast offerings near the end @10am… we attended the symphony @ the capitol theatre so the location was perfect…we enjoyed our stay and will recommend to others… also, it was nice to have our guaranteed platinum late checkout honored without interruption!…thank you!

Our stay at springhill suites was wonderful! Very convenient location to the event we were going to. Plus, it's close to other amenities (a supermarket and a CVS.) The staff was extremely friendly and accomodating. I would absolutely use springhill suites again! Highly recommend.

There aren't too many restaurants in the area.
