It was somewhere to stay

Pull out bed sheets were dirty -like giant crumbs and actual dirt. Bathroom was not clean. Chunks Of the actual walls and floors were stacked up by the ice machine in the hallway.

Certainly in keeping with what you would expect from a SpringHill Suites, consistent with others in this chain. When we first checked in, we were sent to a room that had not been cleaned. The same thing happened to another guest arriving at the same time. The staff quickly resolved the issue and immediately moved us to a clean room, which was ready and comfortable. I imagine it was just a communication issue between the front desk and housekeeping.

I was disappointed that the place was dirty. There were crumbs in the bed under the comforter. also, hair. The tv didn't work in the first room so they put us in another one. There was no tv guide nor any documentation on attractions in the area. The walls were paper thin. We could hear everything going on in the surrounding rooms.

Just a solid place to stay. Bed was comfy and the AC worked great ! The breakfast bar was really good also!

Nothing was bad.

Excelente lugar, cómodo, habitación espaciosa y con un mini bar. Buen desayuno y excelente ubicación, muy cerca de Wheeling University. Volvería sin dudas.
