Everything in this hotel is first rate. Places to get some quiet time ,if needed, in lots of areas throughout the hotel with coffee and biscuits provided. All staff are attentive and happy to help with any issues.

Just had the most delicious thai meal at the Nimman Bar & Grill. The food was exceptional and the service provided by Ya and Pug was excellent. Very attentive and helpful staff.

"Nice stay, good amenities and staff very friendly."

Staff were extremely friendly, especially the porter who was so helpful and the guy on the egg station in the morning. Really good breakfast selection and pool was good. Rooms were well presented with good amenities.

Daughters room has a bed that had not been changed and was stained, but this was rectified quickly when reported. A shuttle service to the old town would have been very useful too.

"Worth Coming Back"

I had the chance to visit Chiang Mai at the end of June. The hotel had just renovated its restaurant, and it looked absolutely beautiful. The food was also incredibly delicious. During my stay, they happened to have a buffet, and the food was both flavorful and impressively varied. The Northern Thai dishes here were just as tasty as those from the well-known local restaurants. If you’re visiting Chiang Mai, this hotel is definitely a great option to consider. It’s just a short drive from the airport and conveniently located near many attractions in the city.
