The suite was okay. We liked that it was spacious. The mattress was not a very good one. I think a 4-star hotel should have better, more comfortable mattresses. Breakfast was so-so. Not impressive. But the location of the hotel was good. We were situated on the same floor as a teenaged volleyball team so there was a lot of loud talking in the hallway. Despite these annoyances we still thought the hotel was OK but I would probably choose another one next time.

I chose to stay at Kantary Hills Chiang Mai because I’ve had wonderful experiences with the Cape & Kantary group—especially at Cape Nidhra and Cape Fahn. Once again, this brand did not disappoint. The location is ideal—right in the heart of Chiang Mai on Soi Nimman 12. It’s the perfect spot for shopping, dining, and exploring the vibrant Nimmanhaemin area, all without needing a car. I booked the Studio Suite (46 sq.m), which is spacious compared to standard hotel rooms (usually around 30–40 sq.m). The room comes with a convenient kitchenette, microwave, and basic utensils—perfect for ordering food in when I feel like relaxing indoors. The rate was around 3,200 THB per night, which I find to be excellent value for the space and amenities provided. Whether you’re traveling for leisure or business, this hotel is a great choice. I’ll definitely return on my next trip to Chiang Mai. Highly recommended!

The service is great. The hotel staffs, especially K.Yui, K.Mel and K.K are very supportive and work very quick for my responses. Thank you for supporting the seminar with their kindness and helpful. The hotel facilities are good, clean and convenient for visitors.

I had lunch in the restaurant and it was wonderful. I had the set menu with ribeye steak, salad, soup and dessert. Excellent value. The service was superb, May Yim Nui took great care of me and delivered each course with a smile. I will definitely be back!

We stayed here for two nights and explored Chiangmai. Very convinced and comfortable hotel for a vacation. The front desk (K.Nat) was very polite and helpful, He recommended a great restaurant around the hotel. Our room had a small kitchen with a medium-sized fridge that would be good for extended stays.

My favorite among all stays I have been to Chiang Mai. Very spacious room. Lovely staffs. Great location. Always my 1st choice every time.

Location is verey good and the ammenities that Kantary has close to the main Hotel is very nice, the coffee shops, bars, etc, all Kantary owned. Nice.

This trip the breakfast was not great due to renovations in the main restaurant where breakfast buffet is served, i think.
