Extended Stay America Suites - Charleston - Mt Pleasant

The staff w as very friendly

We stayed the a few weeks ago and their elevator was broken, they did have first floor room however as we are handicapped. This time I requested a few handicapped room and when I arrived the had none. They wanted us on the 2nd floor with the elevator still broken. There were no other rooms local so we had to take it. The air stayed hot all night and the bed was terrible.

Staff was very nice.

Everything that involved the room and the facility.! Not clean, toilet seat was awful, bed was extremely uncomfortable, we didn't get a good night's sleep!

The front desk staff were the friendliest I've seen at a hotel. Especially Rick

The staff was very polite and our room was very spacious and clean. I like the kitchen being in the room also for the time we chose to stay in and cook.

I like a walk in showers without the tub, but other than that everything was great.

Your staff was friendly and fairly helpful.

The first room I was assigned had roaches. The elevator buttons are a known issue that haven’t been resolved, the “upgrade” I was supposed to get to offset the issue with the first room was no different from the first room, just two floors up. The other guests were loud day and night.
