Die Sauberkeit im Bad war nicht dem Preis entsprechend. Schmutzränder unter dem Spiegel.

Nous avons séjourné dans différents hôtel pendant notre séjour et celui-ci a été notre préféré. Tout était parfait, l'accueil du personnel (super gentil), le cadre exceptionnel, l'emplacement, la décoration, le petit déjeuner était tellement bon. Tout était réuni pour passer un bon séjour. J'y serai bien restée plus longtemps ;)

annex rooms could do with an update I was told i would have a room in the main building at the time of booking but this was not the case when I checked in - big disappointment as the reason I chose this hotel was to stay in one of the original period rooms - not a wee room on the annex

We found out about Skeabost Hotel through a quick Google search. Usually, when you base a decision on a Google search, there’s usually a lot to be desired, but that wasn’t the case with the Skeabost team! The rooms were very accommodating, clean, and well cared for. Breakfast was delicious. I would recommend it to anyone going to the Isle of Skye!

This hotel is in a beautiful location, with really friendly service and homely, tasty food. Only 10 mins drive to Portree on a good and super quiet road. The sea (loch) view rooms are small, but I did like them and the terrace with a view. The water pressure is exceptional and the quality of the toiletries too. What could be better is a couple of drawers (not just hanging space in the wardrobe) and a bit better mattress, mine was a bit saggy. And a coffee machine in all rooms! Food is very good, but what isn't good are cocktails. They are watery and absolutely tiny. Reception staff usually make them and some of them say they don't even drink, so maybe that can be improved.
