We loved its central location. The staff were friendly and helpful. Rooftop bar was lovely and again really super staff serving excellent choice of drinks. Breakfast was delicious also.

The bedrooms whilst large enough were dated and in need of refurbishment. Certainly not of a 5star standard by any means. Manager of the spa was out sick and the whole spa was closed, did not make any sense, where were the staff and surely they should have some sort of back up plan in place for instances like this, disappointing.
