Me gusto todo.,atencion, tamañp de habitation, ubicacion del hotel.

El Restaurante . Su comida y un poco aburrido. Creo habria que darle toques que lo hagan mas acogedor

The staff were polite and location excellent.

The first room was absolutely tiny and tired. View was a high wall. Second one was slightly better but with an internal balcony so zero privacy without closing curtains. The red hot iron seats had no chair covers... beware of burning skin. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. No alternative to bacon with breakfast, unless you pay for it. Coffee at breakfast was weak black water. Bottom.of bed was dirty, walls stained. Staff are clearly used to dealing with the same complaints over and over again.

Prawie wszystko tak jak powinno być w hotelu tej klasy. Pole do poprawy to śniadanie, trochę ubogie w wybór i trzeba się dopraszać o wiele rzeczy np. jajecznicę. Wygodne i niedrogie rozwiązanie z parkingiem. Miły bar na dachu.

The honest review. I travel a lot in my job, top hotels, but this was a family trip. Great but first….. Start with a problem (people want honesty here) We had an issue with one of our 3 rooms, just a technical, the unexpected can occur. We got a new upgraded room, instant help to move. The manager met me in the morning and everything was resolved, 5 star solution. Top service. The hotel, location tops, center of everything! Rooms super clean, ours fully modern, roof top is fantastic and the staff up there, again, charming and attentive, same with staff at the very nice breakfast, great outdoor option to eat as well. Parking takes time, 15-20 minutes, but you are in the center of the old town, with no parking so it’s to be expected. Plan, easy as that. Summary, people here add to what is a great hotel. Stay here when in Lecce.
