O hotel é muito bem localizado, no centro histórico. Suas dependências são muito limpas e bem decoradas. Os funcionários são excelentes!

Aluguei um quarto que era descrito com varanda, e na verdade era apenas um balcão. Há um bar no terraço do hotel e na nossa primeira noite tivemos que suportar uma festa com música muito alta até 23h30, tendo os funcionários alegado que não podiam fazer nada porque era um evento. O quarto não dispõe de serviço de cafeteira e o banheiro não possui espelho de aumento, o que, para quem usa lentes de contato é terrível. O café da manhã é bom, mas com muito poucas variedades.
