The room is spacious and clean, the bed is comfortable, and the view from the window is beautiful. It was lucky that the room was far away from the bar, so there was no noise.

Staff was looking for booking for a long time. In the restaurant, the waiters don't clean the tables until you ask. Only golf field around the hotel, where you can't walk. Dinner and breakfast are not bad, but for this price, nothing special. Unreasonably expensive on weekends.

Hotel Review: I’ve had the pleasure of staying here for a total of six days over the past two weeks, and each visit has been consistently excellent. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by Chantel, Ashley, Sammy, and Barbara at the front desk. Their cheerful and courteous greeting was exactly what I needed after a five-hour drive from London. They clearly explained access to all the facilities and provided a concise introduction to the resort. The concierge assisted me smoothly with my luggage, making check-in effortless. Each morning, I was warmly greeted by Lyn and Pat at breakfast. After giving my room number, I was promptly seated and served my morning coffee. Their attention to detail and genuine care reminded me of a five-star hotel—only more personal and sincere. Thank you to the entire team for making my stays so enjoyable and truly memorable.

It had a problem with heating it was cold no pics the quilt cover looked like it had been tucked I did not stay there I couldn't get a refund I will never go there again I sobbed my heart out I was so upset it was supposed to of been the deluxe then I got told it was the gold room I also had an injury to my foot how I don't know but it's swelled up that my review on this hotel drinks 9 pound a joke never again

Beautiful setting, if you like golf this is a great place. Day we arrived the weather was lovely so sitting out on the patio having a drink was lovely. My spa treatment was good but my daughters not great as the therapist talked the whole time- not the calming relaxing experience she was expecting.

Room located long way from reception, past a site office and storage room. View was on to a waste ground. No robes in room (it's a 4 star spa hotel!). Only hand towels in room. Had to go looking for both towels. Slow service in restaurant and bar. Waited half hour for glass of orange juice with afternoon lunch and didn't even get the glass of water I asked for. Didn't end up staying here for dinner due to poor service- recommend The Sparrowhawk just down the road. Breakfast was average.

Waited a long time for food at 2pm, but it was good when it arrived

The wait for food, no phones in room, app would not work to order room service so had to phone them. Asked for a extra pillow but didn't get one. Asked for more coffee at breakfast and didn't get that either.
