Lovely location & leisure facilities Very good staff on Reception Spa was wonderful!

Waited over 5 minutes on my second day to be seated at breakfast. Only seemed to be one member of staff greeting, seating & fetching hot drinks. Other than that, all was lovely.

"Nice hotel with good but tired facilities"

We were upgraded to a larger room looking out onto the golf course which was nice. Plentiful breakfast buffet. Peaceful and quiet in our room.

A bit tired and shabby - needs a refurb. The room was billed as ‘superior’ but didn’t really have a premium feel, it was just very large. Long wait to be served in very busy and noisy restaurant for evening meal which we had pre-booked. Long wait to be sat at breakfast. Staff friendly but very disorganised.
