Griso Collection Hotel

The hotel staff was very helpful and all arrangements were excellent.

No way is this 4 stars. Under much needed works, and unfit to welcome guests. Dirty carpets, damaged room, road noises... terrible! Should be reimbursed, but rather lost the money and ran!...

Wonderful area and hotel

This hotel is very nice. Take a walk across the bridge and you can get a fairy to Bellagio, check at hotel reception for times. The restaurant is very nice with a wonderful view. There is a jacuzzi with a cafe on the roof overlooking lake Como,

The temperature in the hallways was over 100 degrees (F). The carpet is worn and stained. The only elevator that served my floor was a freight elevator. The $15EU breakfast as terrible. The scrambled eggs were cold, the bacon (when available) was undercooked. They frequently ran out of fresh cut fruit (pineapple and melon). The best thing about this property was the location - convenient. Stay somewhere else.

The rooms were spacious with stunning views,the staff friendly and helpful,the restaurant reasonably priced ,serving excellent food.Easy access to the lake and nearby restaurants.All in all a great hotel.

The room was large (easily fit a family of 4) with an exceptional view over Lake Como. Every staff memeber encountered was e very nice and helpful. Beds were a little firm for my taste, but still comfotable.

It has a nice view beside the lake. Other than that everything was what we were expecting

Nice hotel with a nice view of lake but if you want to extend your day past 10 pm look for another spot, bar closes at 10 pm and staff not keen on extending past this time .

Amazing experience definitely recommend it to anyone who visits como. The staff is amazing and they are so respectful and caring
